Casuals attendance

You are welcome to attend any class on the timetable casually - no booking. However, for those classes listed as a 'course' we guarantee entry to those booked into the course, and then to casuals if the class is not booked out - some courses do fill up. For those classes listed as 'casual', it is first in first served. 

General classes

Our general casual classes begin at 10am everyday, 6:30am Monday & Wednesday, and 4.30pm on Thursday. They are suitable for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. Make-up classes are welcome in the general classes. 

Pre-natal Yoga

Free Class

Every Tuesday afternoon at 2:30pm we run a free general level class. It is open to all new and existing students. No experience is required and we provide all the necessary equipment - all you need to do is show up!

Relax & Renew

The Relax & Renew class will focus on using the correct support and technique to create a physiological response that actively targets mental and physical stress patterns. The class is great for those times when you are feeling fatigued or stressed from your daily activities, and will refresh both body and mind. The use of props means it is suitable for all body types, and will be especially beneficial for those with hypertension, anxiety and sleep disorders. 7:45pm every Wednesday evening.

Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga instruction by appointment. Work one-on-one with an instructor to develop your individual practice. From $80 for 1 hour.

Casual class costs

New to Yoga?

Our 10-week beginners’ courses begin at the start of each school term, and systematically introduce some of the basic yoga postures. Each class begins with poses to stretch and loosen the body, followed by some more vigorous poses, and concludes with relaxation.
